What Paperwork Is Needed?

To ensure insurance coverage for each driver, we need certain paperwork. Here is a checklist of what is required:
  • All drivers must be present during the handover.
  • The primary driver must pay the refundable security deposit.
  • Driving Licence: It should show your current and full address.
  • For UK drivers only, we will also need to run a DVLA check on your license. You will need to provide your National Insurance Number. Alternatively, you can generate a 'check code' on the DVLA website if you prefer not to bring your National Insurance Number.
  • Two current bills for each driver: The bills must have the driver's name and address as stated on the driving licence. They must have been issued within the previous 90 days. The bills must be from the following list, with at least one being a primary document.

Insurance Criteria

Our standard coverage includes two drivers. Please review the following insurance criteria. If you do not meet the criteria but still wish to rent our campervan, please reach out to us for further discussion.
  • Aged between 25 and 79 years old
  • UK or EU Full Driving Licence - Category B (for other international licenses please contact us).
  • Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Licence has not been suspended for any period within the last 3 years.
  • No more than 1 claim in the previous 3 years.
  • Maximum of 2 minor offences with a maximum of 3 points for each (for more endorsements please contact us).
  • Insurance hasn't been declined, refused, or cancelled before.

Additionally, we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance coverage for the duration of your campervan rental.
